March 11th saw divers return for NER Leg 2. The divers concluded the event by competing in their respective boards. On the day Sheffield Diving walked away with 26 medals that included 9 Gold, 9 Silver and 8 Bronze medals. Ross Haslam produced a master class in the Mens Open 3m by cruising to victory by 64 points. Millie Haffety and Millie Fowler both won medals in their individual events by coming 3rd and 2nd, respectively. Later in the day they were back in action but diving as a pair. The girls came away with the title by scoring 247.47. Sephora Ford and Maisie Bond completed their clean sweep of the medals by winning a total of 3 golds. Jack Burrows narrowly missed out 3 golds in the championship, Owen Taylor beat him by 0.55 on 1m. Jack subsequently finished win 2 golds and a silver. Jenna Davison and Elliot Johnson both battled hard and came away with 3 silvers each. Oscar Willcox improved upon his Leg 1 result, 4th, with a 3rd place finish in one of the days first events and later in the day finished in 2nd place. Millie Rose-Hartley produced her performance of the meet by coming 2nd place in Girls B 3m. Boys C 1m was a thoroughly contested event with Sheffield Diving filling the medal rostrum with Declan 1st, Noah 2nd and Arthur 3rd. Callum Bell won his first medal of the competition by placing 3rd in Boys A 3m with Bron taking the gold medal. Millie Fairhurst-Marshall dived well and secured a 3rd place finish. Frustratingly, Amelia Scott finished the championships with 3 4th place finishes. Amelia narrowly missed out on a medal by 0.45 points. Finlay Morris won bronze in the Boys B 1m.
